Canadian housing developer advertises new multi-family community's walkability and public school quality

Adera, a Canadian developer doing work in and surrounding Vancouver, BC, is directing select marketing campaigns for some of their new multi-family housing projects at families with children. This tells me there's a market for multi-family housing that actually includes families of more than just two adults.

The vision for their new Sail Development on the UBC Peninsula mentions that,

In their Breeze development, renderings clearly show a child playing outside in the courtyard between the rowhomes with his dog, and beyond that two friends are seen pushing a child in a stroller.

 Now, admittedly, this development is in Surrey, BC, south of Vancouver and certainly much less dense. But it is not advertising single family homes.
